We support Apple computers, Windows systems of different brands, and we support software on some Android and iPhone devices.
APPLE MACBOOKS AND iMACS
We support hardware and software on most Apple Macbooks and iMacs that Apple currently supports. This includes most devices manufactured within the past 6 years.
We support hardware and software on most PC desktops and laptops running Windows 8 or Windows 10. This includes most systems manufactured within the past 8 years.
We troubleshoot software problems with most current Apple and Android devices. Please note that we do not repair hardware on mobile devices.
These are our price rates for general services not listed under our specialty services below. Depending on your technical request, you may be limited to a specific service, but we'll work with you to find the best resolution to your issue.
If you need assistance while in our shop, we are happy to give you priority attention. We give priority on-the-spot troubleshooting to get your PC or Mac back up and running.
Please note: Our shop occupancy is limited to two customers at a time, and we prefer remote assistance when available.

FAST PASS PRIORITY SERVICE
With our priority tech service, we will move you to the head of the line and make your tech issue our number one priority. Please note: This service is included at no additional charge to customers who have purchased Service Agreements.
We will diagnose your PC or Mac and then contact you with the results. If you choose to have your computer repaired through us, the diagnostic fee is waived and you're only charged for the proposed solution.
We update and optimize your operating system, programs, and runtimes. We also scan your data for malware and viruses, check the health of your hard drive and OS, and several other steps to get the most of your system.
We will install a clean image of your operating system and optimize your system.
Please note: This service only includes a clean installation with no data transfer. If you want to save your data, you will also need the data transfer service in addition to the clean install.
We can move your data from an old computer to a new computer, external hard drive, or a USB device. Your data is also scanned for viruses and malware.

We can attempt data recovery on a failed drive and transfer it to a new device.
Please note: Data recovery is a slow process that may take several days depending on several conditions. We make a second recovery attempt if the first attempt yields recoverable data. Data recovery is not guaranteed.
iPHONE / iPAD SERVICE
We back up your device to iCloud (and/or iTunes). We reinstall your device's operating system and then restore the data from your backup. Your device is updated to the current or highest available operating system. Apps are updated, and we also optimize your settings for improved battery life. Please note: we will need your Apple ID, password, and passcode at the time of check-in.
Let us help you design your Wix site or let us design it for you! Our sites are hosted through Wix, and are easy for the end user to update and expand. Hosting fees are billed directly through Wix. Our gallery is coming soon!
We responsibly recycle your device. We will remove your hard drive and physically destroy it, and then recycle your device with a responsible 3rd party recycler. We recycle desktops/towers, laptops
We can help you recover forgotten passwords to your email and other accounts, as well as set up and manage new accounts, such as email, Apple ID, iCloud, etc.
PAYMENT: Due at time of pickup. For remote support, we accept credit/debit card once service is complete. We do not invoice for services unless previously agreed upon.
LAPTOP POWER SUPPLIES: Please bring your laptop in if you need a power supply. There are several types of chargers for each brand, and we do not accept returns on power supplies.
DATA: As a disclaimer, we take several precautions with our customer's data. However, in a catastrophic event such as a failed hard drive, we may not be able to recover data. We expect our customers to be making their own backups (whether cloud-based or a local backup on an external drive).
PASSWORDS: If you don't know your account login information, we charge hourly shop rate to research and assist in account recovery.
WAIT TIME: We service multiple customers' computers at a time, and due to our current capacity restrictions, we ask that you leave your computer with us and come back for it once we're done. We do our best to have a quick turnaround time on any of our services. Approximate turnaround time for most services is 2-4 business days.
