UPS Pick-up Service

Have your UPS shipment redirected to us and we'll hold it for pickup.

IMPORTANT: If you ship to us, you are responsible for ensuring that your package ships through UPS.

For liability purposes, we will not accept any other courier delivery, and please don't call and ask.

If it comes through any other courier, we will automatically reject it without notice.

Recommended way (less of a chance of it getting lost):

  • Sign up for UPS My Choice​ on UPS's site. Use YOUR physical address and your contact information to create the account.​

  • Once your account is created, you'll be able to have your packages redirected to our shop. Log in here, and under "Delivery Preferences" in the lower right-hand side of the screen, you should see us as the closest UPS Access Point. If not, click "Change Location", Search for Fraser CO, and select Holden's Computers. In addition, if you would like to redirect all of your UPS packages to our shop, you can turn on the option here.

  • We’ll hold the item for up to 7 calendar days for pickup. You can pick up your shipment during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6pm. Holiday hours may vary.

  • An ID that matches the name on the package must be presented at the time of pickup. It has to match or we cannot check it out, per UPS.
