  • We typically respond to emails and secure messages within the same business day. Depending on the issue, your request may be forwarded to another member of our team who would be able to assist you better.

  • Most services are completed with 2-4 business days, but some can take longer depending on our workload. We try to quote an accurate turnaround time, but we may run into situations that require additional troubleshooting and research.​
     

  • Onsite, Remote, and In-Shop Support are paid services, billed hourly.

  • If you're looking for a specific cable or adapter and don't know the name, we recommend taking a photo of what you're trying to plug in. You can bring the photo in or email us directly at support@holdenscomputers.com with the attachment.

  • If you need a power supply for your laptop, please bring your laptop to the shop so we can plug it in to test it out. We do not offer refunds on laptop power supplies.
