Holden’s Computers is now offering PC Health Monitoring and Advanced Virus/Malware Protection with our new Service Agreement! This service allows us to monitor your computer’s overall health and is a great option for our home users as well as small- to medium-sized businesses don’t necessarily need a full-time onsite IT team.



     Our Managed Service Provider (MSP) PC health monitoring service notifies us if your computer may be experiencing critical issues. This service monitors for situations such as:

·        Drive Space

·        Performance Issues

·        OS/Program Updates

·        Disk Health Check

·        Remote Backup

     This service notifies us if your computer is missing updates to your operating system and common programs. Software that is out of date can potentially be compromised, resulting in overall performance issues and possible security threats. Allowing your system to receive current updates will ensure that your system has the most recent updates as soon as they’re distributed. Our MSP also allows us to offer instant remote assistance when problems arise. If you have a question or issue, we can save you time and remote in and help resolve issues or answer questions more efficiently.

     One of the huge benefits to this service is that it allows our business customers a more economical solution to traditional in-house IT service when it may not be necessary. You’ll deal with fewer outages that would normally affect workflow as well as less time dealing with outsourced tech support, and you’ll also spend less time waiting to solve technical issues.


     SentinelOne is a next-generation security program for Windows PCs and Macs that provides autonomous endpoint protection and peace of mind. Aside from traditional antivirus scanning, SentinelOne also provides Ransomware protection as well as daily security monitoring by the Holden’s Computer Techsperts (no outsourced tech support!)



     With our Fast Pass Priority Service, you’ll get front-of-the-queue service with onsite, remote, or in-office support. We’ll drop what we’re doing and find you a solution as fast as possible.

  • Please note that we will have remote access to your system for us to provide this service. We will only connect to your PC if it is deemed necessary to resolve an issue.

  • The Fast Pass VIP Priority Service provides a "front-of-the-queue" service with Onsite service and Remote service. Please note that the services are still billable.

  • Service agreements can be paid for in 6-month increments or one-year increments and can be set to recurring payments for your convenience. Please notify us two weeks prior to your service agreement subscription renewal date if you need to cancel.

  • If you would like to cancel your subscription for any reason within the first month, we provide a 30-day prorated moneyback guarantee. We will refund the subscription minus the initial 30-day period. After the initial 30-day period, we are unable to provide a refund.

  • We reserve the right to decline the sale of a service agreement at our discretion.
