UPS Drop-Offs

Drop Off for Pre-Packaged,

Pre-Labeled Shipments

TL;DR- Common Questions from our Customers:

  • UPS Pre-Paid, Pre-Packaged Drop off?

  • That's us @ Holden's Computers (Fraser)

  • Fed-Ex Pre-paid Drop-off?

  • Need packaging material or need to purchase a UPS shipping label?

  • Go to KopyKat (Granby)

  • Were you directed to show a code, QR code, or if you have Xfinity equipment?

  • Go to UPS (Evergreen)

  • Customers can drop off their pre-packaged, pre-labeled shipments at our shop, Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6pm MST.

  • We do not provide labels or packaging material, but you can create a label by going to UPS's site here. If you need any assistance with packaging or labels, we recommend visiting our friends at Kopy Kat in Granby.
     

  • We can print your already-generated label for $5, or you can go to the Fraser Library and print it for 25 cents. If you want us to print it, please email us at support@holdenscomputers.com with the label attached.

  • Items received by 3pm typically ship out the same day.
     

  • We cannot scan Amazon QR codes. You'll need to cancel your Amazon return, start the return again, and choose "UPS Drop-Off Points" as a return method. Check out our guide here for an example on how to create a UPS label for your Amazon return.

  • We do not do shipping for Xfinity. For some reason, they have us listed as an equipment drop-off location. THIS IS FALSE. You'll need to take it to a THE UPS STORE (Closest is in Evergreen).

  • For any questions regarding tracking or any other UPS service, please contact UPS Customer Support. We do not do any shipment tracking and have no control over your package arriving late, etc.

  • We are not responsible for anything dropped off at our shop that is labeled for another courier, or is incorrectly labeled. It is your responsibility to make sure that your shipment has a legible, prepaid UPS label on it.
