COVID-19 STORE PROCEDURES

LEVEL 3 (ORANGE) RESTRICTIONS

 

  • MASKS: A mask is required for service. It has to cover your nose and mouth at the same time. We have free disposable masks available (just ask!) If you can't wear a mask, please see our options below for curbside pick-up and drop-off.
     

  • STORE OCCUPANCY: We are reducing our maximum capacity back to one person/couple in the shop at a time. If a customer is in the store, you will need to wait outside, or call/email us to set up an appointment. Contact us below:

  • REMOTE SUPPORT: What's better than not having to leave your house for technical support? If you're having trouble with your computer, call us first and we can determine if your problem can be fixed with remote support. Our remote support rates are comparable to our office rates.   • INVENTORY: If you're looking for a specific item, call us and we can check for you. You can find a list of our general inventory on our site:

  • BE READY TO LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER: There's a good chance that you'll need to leave your computer with us for service. We try to give as accurate turnaround time as possible, so please be patient with us. Due to the one-person max capacity of our store, we will continue to work on your computer and call you when it's ready.
     

  • CURBSIDE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF: Call us to schedule a pick-up of an item or for you to drop-off or pick-up your computer. Call us again once you're in the parking lot and we'll come to you!
     

  • ON-SITE REPAIR: We exercise caution during our on-site visits (mask, hand-sanitizer, hand-washing, social distancing)
     

  • DOING OUR PART: We've set up temporary counters in our retail area that we sanitize several times a day. We also carefully physically sanitize any computers with disinfectant before bringing them onto our workbench to avoid cross-contamination.
